Processing line:
Experience seamless dough processing: from extruder to sheeting machine, transforming into gum sheets, and proceeding to the gum slab forming and cutting machine, producing perfectly shaped gum slabs. The slabs are then placed on wooden trays and moved to the aging room for precise aging.
Capacity: Efficiently produces 2-2.5 tons in 8 hours, or 300 kg per hour.
Customized larger capacities are available to meet your specific needs.
Drying Room:
Carefully scored gum slabs are placed on wooden trays and set into the drying room for
5-12 hours, depending on the product recipe, ensuring perfect consistency.
Aging room temperature: precisely maintained at ±20ºC, with moisture levels at 50-55%.
Coating System:
For chicle or coated gum, the scored gum slabs are tumbled until each
gum core is flawlessly separated.
