Processing line:
Dough to be put into the extruder all the way going through Sheeting machine and becomes gum sheet , further moving to the gum slab forming and cutting machine ,and out-coming gum slabs . The gum slabs are put onto the wooden trays and sent into the aging room for aging in hours.
Capacity : 2-2.5 ton/8hours or 300kgs/ hour.
Bigger capacity is available upon requirement.
Drying Room:
Scoring gum slabs on wooden trays are put into drying room for
5-12hours, time is varied upon product recipe.
Aging room temperature : ±20ºC, and moisture: 50-55
Coating Systm:
for chicle gum or coating gum , the scored gum slabs are tumbled till each
gum core is separated .
